Stamping and Imprinting
All products listed on this website are priced without
personalization. Please refer to each individual item
for maximum size for die stamping. You can choose from
two different types of stamping: die stamp and personalization.
options. $50 - die charge is mainly for company logos,
graphics, customized lettering. $10.95 for personalization
is mainly for initials, names, lettering in "times roman"
font.

Leather Stamping
Each product description lists the maximum size for
logo imprinting. We recommend debossing a logo on leather.

Blind Deboss
Deep impression, no foil. Debossing is the compressing
of the material's surface. The remaining surface levels
comprise the imprinted design.

Logo Dies
There will be a one-time set-up charge of $50 per die stamp.
The maximum size of the die is determined by the product size
and item. Please refer to the individual item when checking
maximum specs for your logo die. All dies are retained for
a period of 14 months following the last order date. Reorders
placed after this time will incur new die charges and be subject
to normal new order lead times.

Personalization Options
Personalization is available in two different styles: blind emboss,
and die stamped. Up to three lines (maximum of 20 characters) which
will cost $10.95 per personalization. Font available: New Times Roman
Available Font Sizes: 14, 18, and 24.

Production Time
Non-imprinting products will ship in 2-3 business days.
Personalized products will ship in 4-7 business days from
the date of the approved artwork. Order changes (artwork,
quantity, color, shipping information) may result in changes
to your actual ship date. There may also be additional art,
set-up and proof changes that may cause your order to be delayed.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of out-of-stock products.
We will inform you on our stock status when ordering.

Credit Card Payment
Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
You may place your order over the phone or via online with our
online secured payment option.

Pricing
Due to changes in material costs, prices are subject to change
without notice. The effective date of all the items listed in
our website is September 1, 2005.

Samples
All items are billable upon shipping. Invoices are credited when
samples are returned and the balance of the invoice is paid.
Customized samples are NOT returnable and are billable.

Returns
Returns are accepted on un-imprinted items within 30 days of
shipping. Outgoing and incoming freight charges are the responsibilty
of the customer. The return of custom-made and/or personalized items
will not accepted as returnable items. No refunds will be given.
